By purchasing a commission, you automatically agree to the terms of service.

Conditions✦ As an artist, I reserve the rights to the created illustration and you agree that I can sell files with a higher resolution as part of packs as a Boosty reward.✦The copyrighting of the final image will stay with me. You are allowed to use your picture for non commercial use only (for boosty too). I don't claim ownership of tha characters if it's not mine.✦Client may publish my art (low version) in you blog with a link to me.✦You can't remove my watermark, change and redraw my art.✦ I can indicate the full name of the character, the creator of the character and copyright information (not including private commmission).✦Web version for public use and high-res for private use.✦ I have the right to upload the commission to my gallery and use it for prints, in artbooks, portfolio, etc,.

What you need to know before commissioning

Full prepayment before work begins.Please have references and details ready, all information about what you want to be drawn is appreciated. Don't be afraid to ask questions.Background price depends on complexity.The second version of the art (for example, in clothes / without clothes / cum version) - extra price price.✦Time limits✦Process takes from 2 weeks to 6 months.

Payments/Refund

Full prepayment before work begins.The customer cannot receive a refund as once payment has been made, all ToS are deemed to have been accepted.The customer can receive a refund if I canceled the commission for personal reasons.

Process

I make a sketch and send it to you. Any changes are available.After confirming the sketch, I only correct my mistakes.At the end you get a link to install all versions of the art + stages + PSD (if you wish).
